LCH Developments and Ennismore, in partnership with Accor, have entered a partnership to bring two hospitality brands to The Pinnacle Jamaica, a waterfront development on the Reading Peninsula in Montego Bay. The collaboration will introduce a lifestyle hotel and branded residences to the property
The Pinnacle is a $450 million mixed-use development featuring 417 luxury residences, 12 private villas and a 240-key luxury hotel across four architecturally designed buildings. The first residential tower is scheduled to open in May 2027
The partnership marks a milestone for Jamaica’s luxury hospitality sector and is described as the next phase in The Pinnacle’s plan to combine accommodations, residences, dining, wellness and entertainment in a single destination
The development includes The Mangrove Club, a private members’ club offering restaurants, bars, rooftop lounges, a wellness center, a private cinema, a cigar lounge and curated social programming
Residential services will include 24-hour concierge, housekeeping, maintenance and hospitality-inspired owner services. Residences will range from one to four bedrooms, including penthouses and private villas overlooking the Montego Bay Marine Park
The Pinnacle is described as a master-planned multi-generational waterfront community integrating luxury hospitality, branded residences, wellness, dining and retail
The partnership adds to Jamaica’s presence among luxury travelers and international hotel brands, with Montego Bay positioned as a destination for high-end hospitality in the Caribbean
