Brittany Cartwright shared her experience on a GLP-1

Cartwright, 37, opened up about her progress after four months in an Instagram post promoting the online <a href="https://healthylife7.com/optimal-body-tackles-hidden-barriers-that-block-weight-loss-success/” title=”Optimal Body tackles hidden barriers that block weight loss success”>weight loss service Join Fridays. “I’m already down two dress sizes,” she said in the video on Monday, July 20, sharing a side-by-side photo of her transformation. “I saw all the body-shaming comments about me but instead of pissing me off, they made me motivated.”

She continued, “Everyone knows I was using GLP-1s and everybody was using Fridays. I was so worried that if it didn’t work for me, what was I going to do? I kept with it! I kept going. And after month three, I could tell that the weight was starting to fall off.”

After reaching her milestone, Cartwright gushed that she “felt amazing.”

“I’m in the dressing room at the [Valley] reunion, I’m sparking all over the place and finally starting to feel like myself again,” she raved

“I finally got my sparkle back! I’m already down two dress sizes, and summer is just getting started!” Cartwright captioned the post. “Everyone I knew was having success with GLP-1s, and they were all getting results with @joinfridays. I figured it was time to start, and I’m so glad I did. If you’ve been wanting to get your sparkle back too… maybe it’s time to give it a shot. Commit to 3 months and your 4th is free — FOREVER.”

Cartwright added in the comments section, “For anyone wondering, I’ve lost 20 lbs since my mommy makeover that happened in October. I started with Fridays long after my surgery, so the weight loss happened afterward.” She continued, “Mommy makeover boosted my confidence and losing weight has made me feel amazing and so much more confident. They are 2 different things. ❤️.”

Cartwright previously opened up to Usabout her new look in April, noting that her “mommy makeover” — which included new breast implants and a tummy tuck — was “something [she’s] been wanting to do for a very long time.” (The reality star welcomed son Cruz in 2021.)

“It just felt right. So, I finally pulled the trigger and got it done, and I just feel so much better,” she toldUs. “Especially being single, I just really wanted to do it. I wanted to feel good naked — and I look awesome naked by the way.”
