Gisele Bündchen shared a heartwarming glimpse into life with her youngest son, proving it’s never too early to learn healthy habits
The supermodel, 46, took to Instagram on Saturday to post a rare photo of her one-year-old son, whom she shares with husband Joaquim Valente, joining her during a workout aboard a luxury yacht
In the sweet image, Gisele is seen balancing on one leg with a resistance band wrapped around her thighs, leaning forward with her hands resting on a pair of dumbbells. Standing opposite her, her toddler adorably mimics the exercise, placing his tiny hands on the weights as he copies his mom’s every move

The model, who has chosen not to publicly reveal her son’s name, reflected on the powerful influence parents have on their children
“It’s so sweet to see how little they are when they start watching and emulating what we do,” she wrote in both English and Portuguese. “They’re learning from us even when we don’t realize it.”
She continued: “Moments like this remind me that my actions matter more than what I say, because so much of who they’re becoming is shaped by the example they see every day. What a gift and a beautiful responsibility it is to be a mom.”
A rare look at her youngest son
Gisele and her husband, jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, welcomed their first child together in February 2025, and the fiercely private couple have only shared occasional glimpses of their little boy
The latest post delighted fans by offering another candid look at the youngster as he joined his mother during her fitness routine against the stunning backdrop of tropical waters and lush green mountains
The Brazilian beauty has long made health and wellness a cornerstone of her lifestyle, and it appears her youngest child is already taking an interest
Family comes first
Gisele is also mother to son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vitired NFL quarterback is also father to 18-year-old son Jack, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan
Earlier this year, Gisele marked her youngest son’s first birthday with another rare family update, sharing a touching photograph of him sitting on a toy pony beside a “Happy Birthday” balloon
“I can’t believe it’s already been over a year since you came to bless our lives,” she wrote at the time. “Thank you, God, for so much.”
Embracing motherhood
Since welcoming her third child, Gisele has spoken candidly about embracing a slower pace of life and prioritizing time with her family
In an interview with Vogue France, she reflected on her newest chapter, saying: “I feel truly grateful: being able to be home with my kids and enjoy every moment with them is priceless.”
