SUMMITS today announced a partnership with HYPHEN to deploy the first autonomous precision <a href="https://healthylife7.com/hills-pet-nutrition-and-habri-partner-to-advance-the-science-of-the-human/” title=”Hill's Pet Nutrition and HABRI Partner to Advance the Science of the Human”>nutrition system. At the center is an AI nutrition engine that takes any nutrition input, whether that’s a wearable, a macro tracker, or a dietitian’s plan, and generates complete meals that hit a person’s exact targets across protein, carbs, fats, and beyond. Once a meal is selected, it goes straight to HYPHEN’s Automated Makeline, where every ingredient is weighed as it’s dispensed, confirming that the plate matches the spec. Targets are not static: they shift with training, sleep, and intake, and they can change over the course of a single day, so the system recalculates continuously and builds every meal to the current numbers, not last week’s plan. The system is live now in selective consumer testing at SUMMITS’ Venice Beach kitchen, the first fully operational deployment of its kind, with venue rollouts to colleges, gyms, and hotels beginning this year and continuing into 2027.
Personalized nutrition systems use your data to pick from a static menu: you said high protein, here’s the high-protein bowl. Precision nutrition computes your targets fresh, for this meal, right now, then generates the meal gram by gram and weighs what it builds. One is a recommendation. The other is a verified outcome
“Everyone in this space is trying to keep you on their app. We want you off ours,” said Sam Pisker, co-founder and CEO of SUMMITS. “Once you trust the system, nutrition should be invisible—order by text, or let the system order for you, and the right meal shows up built to your numbers.”
Setup happens once. Connect a wearable or a dietitian’s plan, and the system already knows you; enter your biometrics and goals by hand only if there’s nothing to connect. From there, your targets are resolved in real time, hour by hour, from live data, trends, and what you’ve already eaten today. Every meal is also editable: resize a portion, swap an ingredient, drop it entirely, and the rest of the plate auto-balances to your target. The system learns those edits, so two people with identical numbers end up with different plates: one heavy on dressing, one light with extra toppings, both on spec.
SUMMITS doesn’t sell food. Venues install the system in their existing kitchens, run it with their own staff and normal suppliers, and keep all food revenue. SUMMITS provides the nutrition engine, the apps for athletes, dietitians, and kitchen staff, and a calibrated recipe library with hands-on culinary training and program support for the full term. Meal assembly runs on HYPHEN’s Automated Makeline, hardware already trusted by national restaurant brands like Chipotle and Cava. The two companies sell the program as one offering. New recipes, cuisines, and dietary variants ship through software, and one SUMMITS account travels with you from campus to gym to hotel.
“Precision nutrition is the Formula 1 use case for food automation,” said Daniel Fukuba, co-founder and CTO of HYPHEN. “When you prove the platform at the hardest tolerance, everything downstream gets better. SUMMITS is pushing our makeline to do exactly what it was built for.”
SUMMITS is completing SOC 2 readiness with Vanta and Workstreet, begins its Type I audit with Sensiba in Q3 2026, and is building toward HIPAA-eligible standards, opening deployments in clinical and care settings where the system executes the plan a dietitian or care team prescribes
Founding partnerships are now open. SUMMITS is accepting a limited number of founding venue partners across colleges, gyms, and hotels, with first deployments beginning this year and continuing into 2027. Founding partners work directly with the SUMMITS and HYPHEN teams on launch: recipe training, machine installation, and integration with the wearables, performance staff, and dietitian plans their athletes and members already use. The system runs in their existing kitchens within days of install. Venue inquiries: partners@usesummits.com.

About SUMMITS
Built in Venice Beach, CA, SUMMITS delivers autonomous precision nutrition: an AI engine that takes any nutrition input, whether that’s a wearable, a macro tracker, or a dietitian’s plan, and generates meals to a person’s exact targets, resolved in real time. Each meal then goes to HYPHEN’s Automated Makeline for assembly, where every ingredient is weighed against its spec. Venues install SUMMITS in their own kitchens, operate it with their own staff, and keep all food revenue; SUMMITS provides the software, equipment, and calibrated recipe library behind every meal. SUMMITS was named in the Fitt Insider 2026 Scouting Report and holds a patent-pending precision engine.
