Global lifestyle and variety retailer MINISO has signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 5,532 square feet of space at Lakeside Village, a nearly 460,000 square foot super-regional lifestyle center in Lakeland, Florida. The retailer plans to open its store at the center, located at 1489 Town Center Drive in Q2 2027. Kristin Perry, Leasing Manager, Commercial for CRC, represented the landlord in this transaction

The global lifestyle retailer is best known for its “blind boxes,” featuring mystery collectible figures with fan-favorite, rare, and limited-edition characters that inspire discovery and repeat visits. The open-air shopping center sits on 88 acres, including over 2,000 feet of frontage on Polk Highway, which connects to I-4 and the greater metropolitan areas of Orlando and Tampa.
