While we have been gushing over the killer fashion of the cast of the upcoming Christopher Nolan blockbuster, the Odyssey – Zendaya and Anne Hathaway turning out looks fit for the gods – Matt Damon has also caught our attention.
The Bourne franchise star, 55, stepped out at the UK Premiere of the highly anticipated movie with his four lookalike daughters and glowing wife, Luciana, but it was the details of his physical transformation for his role ‘strong and lean role’ as Odysseus, King of Ithaca.

Opening up about his “life changing” transformation, the double-Oscar winner has revealed that he has made permanent changes to his lifestyle, including cutting out gluten.
What did Matt do to get ‘jacked’?
He told comedian Amy Pohler on her podcast, Good Hang: “It’s way different to be getting jacked in your 50s. It’s really hard. It’s just a complete, complete lifestyle change.”

Matt added that he has still maintained his gluten-free diet. He explained: “I didn’t realise the level to which it was affecting me and affecting my life. It’s completely changed my life these last couple of years of not eating it.”
“It’s a bummer. I’m a big fan of bread and beer, and you know pasta and pizza and all that stuff, but how I feel is just so much better.”

The Golden Globe-winning actor was upstagedby his stunning wife, Luciana, 49, and all four of their daughters, Alexia, 26, Isabella, 19, Gia, 17, and Stella, 15, at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London on Monday

“We definitely had a connection right away; it was so easy to talk to each other, we were very comfortable [with each other], and by the end of the night, he invited me to go out with his friends,” she said of their instant connection.
