A 90 Day Fiancé alum showed off her remarkable weight loss in never-before-seen photos
Tiffany Franco, 35, weighed almost 300 pounds at her heaviest. On Saturday, she shared before-and-after photos of her figure on Instagram after losing over 110 pounds
In the first slide of her post, Franco placed two photos side by side
The image on the left was taken during her time on the TLC hit show, and the one on the right was a current picture of her
The carousel post also included photos documenting Franco’s weight loss progress and a video of her showing her “before” figure to the camera

“Haven’t posted a progress pic in a long time, here are some of my before pics/videos I’ve never shared before,” Franco wrote in the caption
The mother of two said that she didn’t always find it easy to look at photos from her past, but they motivated her to stay on track
“They’re hard to look at sometimes, but I’m glad I took them,” she wrote. “Helps me remember how far I’ve come and helps me keep pushing.”
In May 2025, Franco spoke to US Weekly about her ongoing weight loss journey
“I got to almost 300 lbs,” she said. “I realized it’s my relationship, it’s my self-worth. It’s everything all together. I said, ‘Enough, I need to do something.'”

Franco underwent a sleeve gastrectomy in 2021. During this type of weight loss procedure, the surgeon removes about 80 percent of the stomach, according to the Mayo Clinic
Franco told the outlet she lost 70 pounds in the two years following her procedure, but then hit a plateau
“The rest was just pure willpower and struggling,” she said, adding that she went on to lose 40 more pounds
Franco’s post got over 67,000 likes and almost 2,000 comments, with fans thrilled about her new figure
“Any time I see old episodes, I’m absolutely blown away at all of your progress!!” one person wrote
Another fan called Franco’s transformation “gorgeous” while a third added that she looked “amazing.”

“You have always been beautiful, but I am proud that you are taking better care of yourself,” one person wrote. “You have inspired me to do the same”
Franco originally starred in the first season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, which aired in 2019
In the show, Franco flew to South Africa and married her then-fiancé, Ronald Smith. She brought her then-10-year-old son, Daniel, from her previous relationship
