WWE star Nia Jax once again became a talking point after a viral social media post showed off her impressive weight loss. The former WWE Women’s Champion looks noticeably slimmer during her time away from the ring and fans have been praising her transformation

The viral post also comes as fans continue to wonder when she will return to WWE. Although she hasn’t wrestled in several weeks, her new look has only increased the excitement about her comeback

After an X user shared a side-by-side photo comparing her current look with an older WWE picture, the post quickly went viral. Jax then replied with her usual sense of humor. She jokingly explained her transformation

“Listen….I was having an allergic reaction and ive just now gotten it under control ?,” Jax tweeted

Jax had already uploaded the same picture and shown off her new look in a recent Instagram post, where she looked much leaner than ever before. Once billed at around 270 pounds, she appears to have lost a significant amount of weight during her break from wrestling

Jax has lost over 100 lbs in her overall fitness journey, using intermittent fasting, a carb-focused carnivore diet, and weightlifting. While her “allergic reaction” comment was clearly a joke, her transformation is the result of months of work away from WWE TV

Nia Jax last wrestled on the May 29, 2026 episode of SmackDown. She faced Chelsea Green in a singles match. Jax lost after Tiffany Stratton’s involvement, as the latter settled the match’s outcome with timely interference

After that, Jax disappeared from WWE TV for several weeks before making a short appearance on an episode of SmackDown. She hasn’t wrestled since then, but with Saturday Night’s Main Event and SummerSlam getting closer, her return could happen soon
