Rogers officials said Kory Hill has been charged with voyeurism and commercial burglary after he allegedly removed his clothes, climbed into the ceiling, and spied on a woman in a tanning bed in another room

Court documents said a worker later unlocked the door to the red light room and saw Hill naked, wearing a backpack, and coming down through a ceiling tile
Police said Hill admitted he was naked and looking into the ceiling but claimed he heard a noise and tried to determine if something was in the attic. He said he never entered the attic
