This edition tracks 23 fitness clubs and 12 solution providers taking concrete action in the GLP-1 space, up from 17 clubs and 10 providers in Q1
The report finds GLP-1 adoption among U.S. adults continues to climb, and the industry story has shifted from who is announcing partnerships to whose partnerships are now live and running. The white-label in-club longevity clinics operated by licensed clinical partners announced last quarter have opened their doors, and operators are increasingly moving beyond single-drug GLP-1 programs into full-spectrum longevity offerings, including hormone optimization, medical weight management, and anti-aging care, delivered through in-house or partnered clinical providers.
- GLP-1 adoption keeps climbing — now 13.2% of U.S. adults, up from 12.4% last quarter and roughly double the rate of three years ago, further expanding the addressable member base for every operator in the space.
- Baseline bloodwork is becoming the standard-of-care line, with ADA guidelines and FDA boxed-warning screening requirements turning what was once a clinical best practice into a compliance exposure for the telehealth and clinical partners that skip it.
- Longevity is going mainstream and broadening beyond GLP-1s, with Serotonin Centers, UFC GYM, and NYSC + Thrive all now bundling hormone and longevity care around GLP-1 programs.
- The Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted to recommend BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-C, epitalon, and semax for the 503A bulks list. The FDA isn’t bound by it, and formal rulemaking could take 8–12 months or longer, pushing any change into 2027.
- The “Trainer Readiness Gap” continues to widen rather than close, as more members enter clubs and the industry still lacks standardized education for staff.
