Hilton has announced the signing of three lifestyle properties, including a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in Phuket and two Tapestry Collection by Hilton properties in Chiang Mai and the Maldives, further expanding the company’s lifestyle brand portfolio in South East Asia. The hotels in Thailand will join a growing lifestyle portfolio that includes the recently opened Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection by Hilton, as well as Canopy Bangkok Sukhumvit and Nivata Koh Samui, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, both of which are set to debut this year.
The signings underscore Hilton’s growth momentum as it continues to close in on its goal of surpassing 250 luxury and lifestyle properties across Asia Pacific. The new additions in Thailand and the Maldives will also expand Hilton’s footprint in South East Asia, where the company plans to more than double its luxury and lifestyle portfolio amid the growing demand for distinctive, experience-driven stays in sought-after destinations

Curio Collection by Hilton Arrives in Phuket
Located within the Andamanda Waterpark complex in Kathu District, Andamanda Voyage, Curio Collection by Hilton, scheduled to debut at the end of 2026, will set a new benchmark for resort hospitality in one of Thailand’s most popular beach destinations. The 246-key resort marks the Curio Collection brand’s debut in Phuket, joining a global portfolio of over 200 Curio Collection properties, each designed for travelers seeking distinctive, high-end stays in sought-after destinations and locally inspired design that evokes each property’s unique character. It joins Hilton’s growing presence alongside The Rawai Phuket, set to open in 2027 as Hilton’s first LXR Hotels & Resorts -branded resort, a nature-immersive property on the southern tip of the island.
