Monday
Set the Pace — 6:45 p.m
Miramar Run Club invites you to join its free weekly Set the Pace run. It is 30 minutes of easy running or walking with pacers to help you achieve your goals. Meet at Miramar Town Center to join the group
Tuesday
Rhythms & Rhymes Storytime — 10:30 to 11 a.m
This story time is perfect for kids <a href="https://healthylife7.com/michigan-military-<a href="https://healthylife7.com/we-know-sleep-exercise-and-diet-are-vital-for-health-but-why/” title=”We know sleep, exercise and diet are vital for health. The activities are meant to strengthen each child’s learning and social skills. Staff will be there to help and answer parents’ questions. Join for free at the Miramar Branch Library
Mat Pilates — 6:30 to 7:30 p.m
Head to the Vernon E. Hargray Youth Enrichment Center for a Pilates class directed by Haus of Align. This class is $24 and focuses on building strength through Pilates movements, which focus on breathing and alignment. Make sure to bring a mat
Zumba on the Plaza — 6:30 to 7:30 p.m
The city hostsfree Zumba every Tuesday with Gaby Zumba Fit at Miramar Town Center Plaza. Zumba combines dance with exercise to deliver a fun and high energy class
Wednesday
Caution Goals Indoor Soccer Academy Grand Opening — 5 to 7 p.m
Have your child check out an indoor soccer academy for free at Caution Goals’ grand opening. Ages 5-13 are invited to try out the space. Parents are also welcome to stay and meet the staff. Children should bring indoor soccer shoes, not soccer cleats, water and shin guards
Thursday
Line Dancing — 6 to 8 p.m
Get ready to break a sweat with Jammin Jamei. She’ll teach line dances to the latest songs, going over the steps for all levels of dancers. Head to the Vernon E. Hargray Youth Enrichment Center to join
Zumba — 6:30 to 7:30 p.m
This Zumba class happens at the Sunset Lakes Community Center and welcomes all to enjoy dance exercise. Set to Latin music, Zumba moves are energetic and dynamic. Make sure to fill out the city’s release form before attending
Pilates in the Park — 6:30 to 7:30 p.m
This Pilates class from Haus of Align takes place at Miramar Regional Park. Bring a mat and follow along with moves made for those new to and experienced with Pilates. The class price is $24
