    Doctor Care Anywhere Group plc (ASX:DOC) has reported revenue from ordinary activities of £20.4 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, alongside a net profit attributable to members of £0.6 million, according to the company’s Appendix 4D half year report filed on 17 August 2026

    H1 2026 Financial Results

    The company disclosed revenue from ordinary activities of £20.4 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, compared with £19.2 million for the previous corresponding period, representing a change of 6.3%. EBITDA was £2.6 million, compared with £2.1 million in H1 2025, a change of 27.1%. Profit from ordinary activities after tax attributable to members was £0.6 million, compared with £0.5 million in H1 2025, a change of 28.3%. Cash held at 30 June 2026 was £7.7 million, compared with £4.8 million at 30 June 2025, a change of 60.3%. The interim results are unaudited but have been reviewed by the company’s independent auditor.

    Acquisition of GLP-1 Weight Management Business

    On 8 May 2026, the Group entered into a binding asset purchase of the GLP-1 and medicated weight loss business of Outcome Diagnostics Limited and Medic Spot Limited. The trade and assets were acquired for consideration of £0.9 million through the Group’s newly incorporated subsidiary, DCA Medicspot Ltd, which was incorporated in May 2026 as a wholly owned subsidiary. The filing states the acquisition broadens the Group’s revenue base and adds weight management services to DCA’s existing portfolio of virtual GP, mental health, physiotherapy and health assessment services. No entities ceased to be controlled during the period.

    Operational Update and Consultation Volumes

    Consultation volumes were 354,900 in H1 FY2026, up 1.4% on the previous corresponding period, according to the filing. Repeat patients represented 74.0% of consultations in H1 2026, compared with 72.9% in H1 2025 and described as consistent with the second half of FY2025. The Group holds an investment in My Emergency Doctor Limited carried at £140,000, unchanged from 31 December 2025. The company’s principal activities during the period comprised the provision of digitally enabled primary care and telehealth services in the United Kingdom, with weight management services added from May 2026. The Board confirmed no interim dividend has been declared or paid, and the company does not operate a dividend reinvestment plan.
