H1 2026 Financial Results

Acquisition of GLP-1 Weight Management Business
On 8 May 2026, the Group entered into a binding asset purchase of the GLP-1 and medicated weight loss business of Outcome Diagnostics Limited and Medic Spot Limited. The trade and assets were acquired for consideration of £0.9 million through the Group’s newly incorporated subsidiary, DCA Medicspot Ltd, which was incorporated in May 2026 as a wholly owned subsidiary. The company’s principal activities during the period comprised the provision of digitally enabled primary care and telehealth services in the United Kingdom, with weight management services added from May 2026.
