Actor-producer Sohail Khan recently opened up about his noticeable weight loss after his stint on the reality show ‘Alliance’. His changed appearance at the show’s wrap-up party led to questions from fans. While some worried about his health, others speculated that he may have used weight-loss medicines

Sohail has now denied those claims, making it clear that there were no such drugs or fat-burning products behind his transformation

    Illness changed his eating habits

Speaking to Hindustan Times, Sohail Khan explained that he fell ill during the first week of the show. He said he initially felt “a bit claustrophobic” because it was his first experience with a reality show. A stomach bug made things harder

“I got a bit claustrophobic in the first few days, as it was my first time being a part of a reality show. A stomach bug added to that in the first week itself of entering the house,” he said

Despite being unwell, Sohail stayed for five weeks. He credited his fellow contestants for their care and support during the difficult period

    ‘No Ozempic, no fat burners’

Sohail said he had to control his food intake because he wanted to remain active in the show’s challenges and stay with the people he had grown close to

“I just needed to control what I was eating as I wanted to be a part of the challenges and be around the new family and friends that I made till the last day,” he said

Addressing the speculation directly, Sohail added, “So no Ozempic, no fat burners, I’m only taking pure and loads of love and affection from everyone.”

His weight loss was also discussed when his brother Salman Khan appeared on ‘Alliance’. During that appearance, Sohail revealed that he had lost 12 kg
