The affected Reese’s Crunchy Peanut Ice Cream Bar boxes use the universal product code 8-40473-40024-5, while the affected Almond Joy Ice Cream Bar boxes use the UPC 8-40473-40029-0.
While the company said some nutritional information on the boxes is incorrect, it added that the ingredient list remains accurate, and so does the declared allergen warning
This is a Class III recall, which the FDA describes as products that are “not likely to cause adverse health consequences.”
