‘The Price Is Right’ Model Devin Goda Shows Off His Muscles & Dinner After Workout

Devin Goda is keeping healthy while giving his followers a show. The Price Is Right model shared two workout videos and a photo of his dinner on Instagram, leaving fans wanting more
In the first video, shared to his Story on August 18, Goda worked on his arm muscles. He had headphones on and stared straight ahead as he did push-ups on an apparatus
The model showed off his muscles by wearing a white tank top, short black shorts, and white sneakers. The second video had Goda straining as he pushed a weight in and out in front of his chest. He also breathed in and out heavily as he did it
The final Story showed Goda’s dinner option for after his workout. He took a picture of the food and said it was Sockeye wild salmon and white rice with lentils and asparagus. The model typically shares his workouts online with his fans, but rarely shares what he eats
In July, the game show model shared a video of himself jump-roping shirtless. He showed off his sweaty, glistening abs on his Instagram page as he worked out outside
Model Manuela Arbeláez also showed off what she ate in a day and how she incorporates protein into her life in July. “Protein isn’t optional. It’s the non-negotiable that keeps your muscle, kills your cravings, and keeps you from crashing by 3 pm. I track my macros because I don’t guess with my goals. Prep today = power tomorrow. Save this. Screenshot it. Steal it. You’re welcome,” she wrote
She eats two boiled eggs with primal protein toast, with cream cheese spread on top, along with chili paste spread and hot honey for breakfast. For lunch, she ate two turkey patties with feta cheese, spinach, and balsamic salad. She adds a cut-up sweet potato to the meal. The model allows herself a midday snack, which consists of non-fat Greek yogurt, mixed with almonds, blueberries, strawberries, a banana, honey, and cinnamon. Then for dinner, she eats five ounces of lean ground beef and two cauliflower thins and tops it with bitchin sauce. She added a salad with lettuce, avocados, and cucumbers, topped with honey mustard dressing.
Although fans see a lot of him on Instagram, they can also see him on Season 55 of The Price Is Right. James O’Halloran and Goda shared that they began filming the new season in late July. The other models, Rachel Reynolds, Alexis Gaube, and Amber Lancaster, including Arbeláez, are all expected to return
