IntrospeXion to Deliver Mental Health Programme for UAE Energy Operator

Energy-focused psychological consultancy IntrospeXion has secured a contract with a major UAE-based energy operator to provide a company-wide mental health and wellbeing programme. The initiative will cover employees at onshore, remote, and offshore sites, reflecting the sector’s growing recognition of psychological factors as part of overall health and safety

According to theXion to deliver a comprehensive workplace psychological wellbeing programme for its local workforce. IntrospeXion’s team of psychologists will collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement a bespoke strategy tailored to the energy sector’s operational demands, aiming to strengthen psychological health, leadership capability, and workforce resilience across the client’s UAE operations

The programme includes psychological profiling, executive coaching, workplace mental health strategy, psychological risk assessment, wellbeing workshops, confidential employee support, critical incident response, and specialist consultancy support. Support will be adapted to the realities of both office-based and field personnel, helping to improve performance, reduce psychological risk, prevent burnout, and build a resilient workforce
