“I am delighted that Claire and the board at Bond Williams had the courage and curiosity to be the first team to complete that journey
“They have not simply received a Team Wellbeing Index – they have helped make a little piece of teamwork history.”
Claire Bond, joint managing director said the process had provided the board with an opportunity both to recognise its strengths and consider how it could continue developing
Ms Bond said: “We are incredibly proud to be the first team to experience the complete Team Wellbeing Index
“What I particularly value is that it is not simply about receiving a score
“It has helped us recognise and celebrate what we already do well as a board.”
