Ryan Seacrest shared a glimpse into a dinner he made at home, but instead of focusing on the meal, some fans turned their attention to his noticeably slim appearance
On Monday, August 24, the 51-year-old posted a series of photos on Instagram documenting a dinner he prepared. In the first image, the television and radio personality wore a cream-colored outfit featuring a sleeveless top and matching trousers, showing off his biceps
The rest of the carousel showed the meal he was preparing, including pasta and salmon with sauce cooking in a pan. A close-up selfie of Seacrest, with the pots and pans visible behind him, gave followers a closer look at his face

“Dinner for two. Heavy on the pasta, wine not pictured, still working on my plating skills,” he captioned the post

While fans appeared to enjoy the glimpse at his cooking, some commenters expressed concern about his weight and speculated about his health without evidence
“Ryan, please gain some weight. We’re hoping that you’re not getting addicted to weight loss,” one person wrote
“People are abusing GLP-1s,” another claimed
“He really looks just sad to me—something just doesn’t seem right,” someone else wrote
“I love you so much Ryan…I wish you would gain a little weight. I’m constantly worried about you,” another fan added
“Way too much GLP-1,” one person claimed, while another wrote, “Get off the GLP-1; you don’t look well at all!”

However, one commenter tried to encourage his weight gain, saying, “Ryan, you looked great on tonight’s Wheel of Fortune! You looked like you put on a few pounds, especially in your face! You looked very handsome!”

The latest comments come after the TV host faced similar speculation about his appearance in the past. In July of last year, fans expressed concern after he appeared “frail” and “gaunt” in a series of social media photos
The conversation resurfaced earlier this year when some viewers claimed that Seacrest looked different during an appearance on Wheel of Fortune
The American Idolhost has previously spoken about his intense approach to fitness and wellness. In a December 2024 interview with Entertainment Tonight, he said he was “doing everything I can to feel like I’m not 50,” adding that he wanted to “feel 29 again.”

He also said he was “overexercising, eating better [and] overtraining,” while focusing on activities such as muscle recovery, cold plunges and steaming
Despite the speculation in the comments, Seacrest has not publicly confirmed that he is using GLP-1 medications, and his appearance in photos alone cannot establish whether weight loss or any particular health condition is involved
