Jelly Roll is seeing the fruits of his labor — literally

During his monologue while guest hosting “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Monday night, the rapper revealed that after losing 300 pounds over that last few years he can finally “see [his] penis again.”

The TMI confession came as the musician began cracking jokes about President Trump’s recent weight gain

“According to the Washington Post, a lot of doctors are worried about the President’s weight. After his last physical, we found out that Trump gained 14 pounds, which means he’s now tipping the scales at almost 240,” Jelly Roll told the audience

The “Save Me” singer, 41, then put Trump’s weight into perspective using a unit of measurement he knows all too well

“It’s crazy. Think about this, y’all. In the last few years I’ve lost 300 pounds. That means I’ve lost an entire Donald Trump. And let’s be honest, based on his approval ratings, it seems like most of the country wants to do the same thing,” he quipped

“Well Mr. President from one fat pig to another, take it from me that physical fitness is very important. And trust me, you’ll be happy to see your penis again.”

Since prioritizing his health, Jelly has been candid about the many struggles his obesity caused him, particularly when it came to sex

In December 2025, he admitted that there was a time where he “couldn’t even get aroused” and he was “having to play Twister to have sex.”

“Left foot here, right foot on the X,” he cracked on “The Joe Rogan Experience” at the time. “Are we in there yet? Tell me if you feel something. I mean, it was bad.”

The following month, Jelly’s now-estranged wife, Bunnie Xo,explained how they “always had a sex life,” but “there were mountains and valleys [they] had to go through — especially when he was so big.”
