The modernly American Anthropologie joins forces with the English Barbour for a collection that celebrates the unique identity of each brand. Barbour brings an appreciation for the outdoors while Anthropologie’s patterns and vibrancy appear throughout.
“By combining Barbour’s craftsmanship with Anthropologie’s playful creativity, we’ve created a versatile collection that feels equally at home in the countryside, the city, and the spaces we cherish most,” says Nicola Brown, Director Womenswear at Barbour.
The collaboration originated in May 2025, with customer approval exploding over the past year. The seasonal approach to the campaign was thoughtfully decided in an effort to bring in the Barbour jackets, a particularly popular piece. The collection spans across lifestyle with lighting, textiles, fashion, along with Barbour tartans, and Anthropologie’s florals. For those with furry friends, looks are available with a corresponding piece for pets. With a special collection of mugs, pillows, throw blankets, and lanterns, it’s perfectly suited for the cosiness that fall inspires.
The campaign announcing the collaboration is distinctly English in style. In a series of film photos, shot in the countryside, the model wears oversized knit sweaters, rainboots, and a series of tartan jackets. The aesthetic leans heavily on the classic Barbour look while thoughtful details and pops of color hint at Anthropologie’s involvement. Together, the two brands create a dream of Fall.
