The American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) has announced a full lineup of 145 keynote and concurrent sessions for its accredited, hybrid 2026 Lifestyle Medicine Annual Conference, set for November 8 to 11. The event presentations will showcase implementation of lifestyle medicine at scale, its clinical value across the lifespan, conditions and medical specialties, and the keys to successful behavior change in our nation’s epidemic of chronic disease

ST. LOUIS, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) has announced a full lineup of 145 keynote and concurrent sessions for its 2026 Lifestyle Medicine Annual Conference set for November 8 to 11, in person at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Fla., with virtual registration also available. The hybrid accredited event will showcase the implementation and scaling of lifestyle medicine into real-world practice, the clinical application of lifestyle medicine across the lifespan, conditions, and medical specialties, and the kinds of community and connection it takes to make successful behavior change for health restoration.

Eligible participants may earn up to 49.25 continuing education credits through qualifying live and recorded sessions. Available credit amounts and requirements vary by profession and participation. Learn more about accreditation and available credit types here. Registrants will also receive one year of access to plenary and concurrent session recordings

A major theme of the conference is implementation: how lifestyle medicine moves from concept to infrastructure, payment, quality, digital transformation, AI, rural service lines, value-based care, and clinical models

“This is the conference for learning how to turn lifestyle medicine from an idea into an operational model,” said Conference Co-Chair Meagan Grega, MD, FACLM, DipABLM

    Clinical breadth

The conference agenda is also broad clinically: pediatrics, preconception, cancer, obesity, chronic pain, surgical recovery, sleep, sarcopenia, women’s longevity, kidney disease, diabetes remission, MASLD, and brain health are just some of the specific session topics

“Lifestyle medicine belongs everywhere care happens—across conditions, specialties, and stages of life,” said Conference Co-Chair Cheryl True, MD, DipABLM, FACLM

    Community and connection

Another strong theme is that health change does not happen through information alone; it requires community, social connection, behavior science, equitable access, and support structures

“The conference brings together the people, ideas, and strategies that are shaping the future of whole-person health and accelerating the translation of evidence into action,” said ACLM CEO John Findley, MD, CPE. “Whether joining us in person or online, participants can expect a dynamic, high-impact experience filled with practical education, meaningful networking, and inspiring keynote sessions from visionary leaders in the field that translate directly into better patient care and healthier communities.”

    Concurrent sessions

Concurrent sessions will be offered in four tracks:

    • Application of Lifestyle Medicine – This track showcases the application of evidence-based lifestyle medicine in a variety of settings.
    • Interprofessional Lifestyle Medicine Track – This track highlights the importance of the many roles and clinicians that bring lifestyle medicine to the forefront of healthcare.
    • Healthcare Transformation through Lifestyle Medicine Track – This track focuses on the transformative use and operationalization of lifestyle medicine across sectors.
    • Current Issues in Healthcare Track – The sessions in this track emphasize the critical role of lifestyle medicine interventions in the current healthcare environment.

    • Michael Greger, MD, DipABLM, FACLM, author and founder of NutritionFacts.org
    • John Ratey, MD, associate clinical professor at Harvard Medical School

In addition to its all-star lineup of keynote and concurrent session presenters, the conference will include the largest number of sponsors and exhibitors to date, demonstrating the acceleration of the field

75-plus sponsors, award presentations, and networking opportunities with medical professionals and industry leaders. Research Row will again be featured onsite, highlighting a record 274 published research abstracts

An impressive selection of 15 in-depth, pre-conference workshops is available to in-person attendees. Four virtual post-conference workshops will be available to both in-person and online attendees. All workshops are available as add-ons to the registration process, at an additional cost
