As Founder, Leslie Gonzalez, LPC, LCDC, is passionate about advancing the field of mental health through both clinical practice and research. She is currently pursuing doctoral research focused on trauma and healing, reflecting the practice’s commitment to continually learning and bringing evidence-informed approaches to the Laredo community. This dedication to growth allows our team to provide care that is grounded in compassion while staying informed by current research and best practices
Love & Guidance Counseling Center also continues to expand innovative wellness opportunities through the NeuroLounge, an exciting addition designed to complement counselingor as a standalone service by promoting relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall emotional well-being. It reflects our belief that wellness extends beyond the therapy room and that caring for mental health should be a proactive part of everyday life
