Integrated into their learning journey from the very first day of study through IFA, VIVN provides career-focused reand an exercise library of more than 100 videos
The launch has been strengthened through a partnership with Coach T, the coaching platform founded by Paul Bowman, founder of Coach T and Chief Executive of Wexer
Combining practical coaching frameworks with digital innovation, Coach T has helped shape VIVN’s approach to digital coaching, student progression and career readiness
Explaining that VIVN is about bringing global fitness technology expertise directly into the student learning experience, IFA Chief Executive, Rhys Davies (pictured)stated “online coaching is one of the biggest opportunities in the fitness industry, yet many new trainers don’t know where to begin.
“We are seeing rapid growth of online and hybrid coaching models, where trainers are increasingly expected to understand digital delivery, client engagement, progress tracking and personalised support
“VIVN reflects this growth, and the need for students to come away from a qualification with practical experience with technology, systems and coaching methods they’ll use in the real world
“Students can use VIVN to support their learning, understand client progression, expand their exercise knowledge and develop the practical skills required to coach effectively in both face-to-face and online environments
“With VIVN, we’re giving students early access to the systems, guidance and real-world coaching tools they need to confidently take that next step into the industry.”
Through the Coach T partnership, students gain access to coaching philosophies, practical systems and digital tools that reflect the modern fitness industry. The collaboration brings together global expertise in coaching, technology and behavior change to help prepare students for successful careers in both face-to-face and online coaching
Bowman noted “the future of fitness education isn’t simply about earning a qualification
“The best coaches know how to create lasting behavior change, leverage technology and build meaningful relationships with clients. Through VIVN, we’re giving students practical systems and real world coaching experiences that prepare them for successful careers from day one.”
