Jordan Seaton lost a lot of weight at LSU. The former Coloradooffensive lineman looks completely different
However, he is being accused of lying about his body transformation based on an inaccurate timeline
The college football fanbase in Boulder believes that strength and conditioning coach Andreu Swasey deserves credit. While that may be true to a certain extent, the before and after photos speak for themselves
Jordan Seaton is down 25 pounds
Seaton, the top-ranked offensive lineman in the recruiting Class of 2024, committed to Colorado out of high school. It took a few weeks for him to adjust to the college game but he finished the season as one of the best freshmen in the country
The highly-touted left tackle allowed only three sacks on 612 pass-blocking sacks. Jordan Seaton was named as the All-Big 12 Coaches Honorable Mention Freshman of the Year and a consensus Freshman All-American
Despite the ineptitude of the Buffaloes’ offense and lack of proper play-calling, his sophomore season was even better. Seaton allowed only one sack in 2025 and reduced his penalties from 15 to just four year-over-year
He ultimately hit the transfer portal at the end of the year in search of a giant paycheck. LSU beat out Miami and Oregon to land his commitment. The Tigers’ new blindside protector went straight to work in the weight room. His body has changed
Colorado listed Seaton on the roster at 6-foot-5, 330 pounds. LSU lists him at 6-foot-5, 307 pounds. He’s down ~25 pounds over the last six months and looks much more lean. You can see the difference in his face and in his body
Colorado fans think he is lying about his <a href="https://healthylife7.com/uvm-health-to-suspend-weight-loss-drug-coverage-for-its-employees/" title="UVM Health To Suspend Weight Loss Drug Coverage For Its Employees”>weight loss at LSU
The Tigers took the week off for the 4th of July holiday. Seaton stayed working on the beach

They got back in the weight room on July 6. Jordan Seaton put up some serious weight on the bench press. His teammates went bonkers

However, Colorado fans are not willing to accept that LSU’s strength and conditioning program is superior to their own. They do not think Andreu Swasey gets enough credit for Seaton’s weight loss and/or muscle gain. They labeled him as a liar and brought receipts to “kill the narrative” about his experience in Boulder compared to his experience in Baton Rouge

I get the confusion. Seaton did say at Colorado that he weighed up to ~360 pounds and got down to ~305. That may be true. Swasey absolutely helped the projected first-round NFL Draft pick to get stronger. He was a massive dude
With that being said, there is a noticeable difference in his build when you compare this year to last year. Lean muscle actually weighs more than fat so it makes sense that Jordan Seaton managed to thin out but stayed the same weight. Just look at him
The Buffaloes might’ve helped him to get bigger and stronger. The Tigers completely transformed his frame
