Co-founder Susan Tarr said: “Most organisations use reactive interventions rather than focusing on the root cause of the problem, and most wellbeing is too fluffy to make a real difference
“We created SASPAW because organisations deserve support that prevents problems and supports wellbeing rather than just responding when a crisis is happening.”
Founded by Ms Tarr and Simon Botting, the consultancy combines experience in human red counselling
Mr Botting emphasised the value of early support

SASPAW offers wellbeing audits, burnout prevention programmes, leadership coaching, mental health awareness and resilience training, and early intervention support
The consultancy is now accepting clients across Wiltshire and beyond, providing both onsite and online services
As part of its launch, SASPAW is offering a free initial wellbeing audit to organisations
