    OKLAHOMA CITY —

The Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System is expanding its services with new clinics and upgrades across several communities, aiming to enroll 10,000 more veterans

Three brand-new clinics are planned, including one opening this fall in Norman, which will add numerous services to treat approximately 2,400 veterans. Yukon will see a new clinic built next to the existing facility on Commons Circle, adding a dentist and optometrist office. The Broadway VA Clinic will expand its mental health treatment options

Stillwater, Lawton and Wichita Falls are also set to receive upgrades

“All of this growth, around 10 new locations since 2020, has been to bring our services closer to our patients, closer to their communities and their homes,” said Paul Gregory, associate director for the Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System

The VA also stated that dentistry is the fastest-growing service at its facilities across Oklahoma. The goal of these expansions is to make healthcare more accessible for veterans
