The New Orleans Saints brought in wide receivers Chase Claypool and Josh Reynolds for workouts following the recent injury news about first-round selection Jordyn Tyson
Claypool is a former second-round pick out of Notre Dame. The wideout began his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he played for three seasons before heading to the Chicago Bears, and then the Miami Dolphins. Claypool has 175 career receptions for 2,261 yards and 13 touchdowns in 58 games played. He most recently signed with the Buffalo Bills, but departed shortly after agreeing to an injury settlement with the team and has not played in a game since 2023
Reynolds played with the New York Jets in 2025, but has taken a sort of journeyman <a href="https://healthylife7.com/a-partnership-approach-to-weight-loss-medicines/” title=”A partnership approach to weight loss medicines”>approach to his NFL career. The Texas A&M product was chosen in the fourth round of the 2017 draft by the Los Angeles Rams. After spending four years in LA, he played for the Tennessee Titans, Detroit Lions, Denver Broncos, and the Jacksonville Jaguars before playing in five games with NYJ last year. Reynolds has 244 receptions, 3,228 yards, and 20 TDs in his pro career
After it was announced that eighth-overall pick WR Jordyn Tyson’s hamstring injury would keep him out “around two months,” New Orleans wasted no time in bringing in players they believe could bee Tyson’s injury is not considered to be serious or severe, the extended amount of missed time is certainly a blow to the Saints’ offensive potential for 2026
