Wellfest Mongolia Launches to Promote a Healthy Lifestyle

The launch of “Wellfest Mongolia,” a project aimed at fostering a new culture of healthy, active and balanced living in Mongolia, was held at ZU Ballroom on August 23. Under the motto “Change Starts with You,” the project combines physical exercise, healthy eating, music and health education to encourage and inspire people to adopt healthier lifestyles. Fitness trainer Bryan Pasinato from Geneva, Switzerland, and DJ Candelaria from Milan, Italy, attended the launch as special international guests. As part of the project, regular monthly events will be organised featuring international experts alongside Mongolian instructors and athletes. The organisers also plan to hold an international wellness festival in Mongolia that promotes healthy living among people of all ages. “Everyone can make choices suited to their own body, mind and lifestyle and gradually create positive change,” said M.Tserendolgor, founder of Wellfest Mongolia. “We aim to build and develop a healthy living ecosystem by sharing knowledge, positive habits, inspiration and constructive attitudes with the public.”
