    A free workplace health and wellbeing roadshow is coming to East Durham College, offering support and advice to employers and staff

    The event will take place at East Durham College’s Peterlee campus on Wednesday, July 15 from 11am to 1pm, and is organised by the Workplace Health Durham team

    It will bring together more than 30 organisations focused on creating healthier, happier workplaces

    Karen Stubbings, project development manager at Pioneering Care Partnership, said: “We’re excited to bring together such a diverse range of organisations that are passionate about supporting workplace wellbeing

    “Whether you’re a business owner, manager, HR professional or employee, there will be something for everyone.”

    The roadshow is designed to offer practical support on managing stress, improving mental health, nutrition, physical activity, and workplace culture

    Free workshops will run throughout the event and will be delivered by organisations including Miss Menopause and Team Solan Cancer Trust

    Ms Stubbings said: “Visitors can explore practical ways to improve health and wellbeing at work, from managing stress and supporting mental health to improving nutrition, physical activity and workplace culture

    “We hope attendees leave with fresh ideas, useful connections and the confidence to make positive changes within their organisations.”

    The event is open to business owners, managers, HR professionals, and employees interested in learning more about workplace wellbeing
