Holly Willoughby announces comeback with ‘exciting’ new lifestyle show

Former This Morning and Dancing On Ice host Holly Willoughby has confirmed her return to the small screen

Holly Willoughby is launching her own lifestyle series on YouTube

Holly Willoughby is making a comeback

The 45-year-old presenter, who has been noticeably absent from screens since Dancing On Ice was shelved in March 2025, has unveiled her next big project with guests including Stanley Tucci and Emma Bunton

As Holly Willoughby Together will launch on July 28 as a twice-weekly broadcast under five sections: Talk Together, Cook Together, Look Good Together, Better Together and Hang Out Together

Holly said in a statement: “I’m so proud of the work all the team who make Together have put into this exciting new project

“We’ve had a lot of fun developing it and look forward to seeing what you think.”

As well as actor Stanley Tucci and former Spice Girls singer Emma Bunton, the first batch of guests includes comedians Katherine Ryan and Joanne McNally, and pop star Nicole Appleton

The TV star will also be chatting to chefs like Lauren Leyva, and tech regulation campaigner Ellen Roome

Holly Willoughby Together is being filmed in a purpose-build studio, and is being produced by her husband Dan Baldwin’s Hungry Bear Media

Holly’s decision to relaunch her career with the new online series comes after a difficult period professionally and personally

In July 2024, Gavin Plumb was jailed for life, with a minimum sentence of 16 years after plotting to kidnap, rape and murder the TV star

Holly previously quit ITV daytime show This Morning in 2023 after 14 years

She went onto front ITV’s You Bet! revival and Netflix show Celebrity Bear Hunt, but both shows got shelved

Her most recent TV appearance came in the March 2025 final of Dancing On Ice which marked the end of the longrunning figure skating competition

Earlier this year, it was claimed Holly wanted to “do something radical” to relaunch her career, with previous reports hinting that she would shun traditional TV broadcasting

An insider told The Sun newspaper: “The past two years have seen Holly’s career apparently on pause — and she knows she has to do something radical now

“There’s a potential vicious circle setting in, where the longer it goes before she gets a job, the less employable she seems, which makes it harder to bag the next job

“There is plenty of work out there and there are lots of projects she’d be ideal for, but there’s a sense of disconnect between her and the TV industry right now.”
