Beth Cullen of Get Berkshire Active said: “The This Girl Can Festival was shaped by the experiences and feedback of local women, so it was fantastic to see women coming through the doors, trying something new and getting involved in activities that they had helped inspire.”

The festival also served as a platform to gather insights about the barriers and motivators affecting women’s participation in physical activity, with feedback set to inform future wellbeing initiatives
