Shaquille O’Neal just gave one gym-goer a workout to remember by making a surprise appearance in her video
A woman named Nysh shared a clip on Instagram and TikTok showing the former NBA star dancing in the background while she recorded herself at a public gym
In the video, Nysh said she almost skipped her workout but decided to go anyway. She then joked that she ended up meeting “this really tall guy” after O’Neal appeared behind her and started dancing
“Even when you don’t want to workout, still go! Don’t let laziness or your mind defeat you! Heyyyy Shaq,” Nysh wrote in her caption
Nysh also said that when she asked the basketball legend for his name, and he jokingly replied, “LeBron James.” In return, she jokingly introduced herself as singer Erykah Badu
Sharing the video, Nysh encouraged her followers not to skip workouts, saying you never know who you might meet at the gym
The video quickly gained traction, with many fans admiring O’Neal and another fan joking, “I’m not gon run into Shaq in my gym I promise.”
