Aramark Student Nutrition released its limited time offer (LTO) lineup for the 2026-27 school year
This year’s monthly offerings are centered around global cuisine and bold flavors. Five of the nine LTOs also have a meatless version. Many of the dishes also feature fresh herbs and incorporate techniques like roasting to cut back on sodium but still provide flavor
The foodservice provider’s Culinary Alliance, a group of Aramark field-based executive chefs, chef managers, and other culinary experts from across the country, is responsible for coming up with new LTOs each year. They draw inspiration from student surveys, current food trends, and what they’re seeing in the field
“Each year, Aramark Student Nutrition aims to develop special meals that are trend-forward, nutritious, and resonate with a generation of students more attuned to their taste preferences than ever before,” said Brisbane Vaillancourt, Aramark Student Nutrition president and CEO, in a statement. “This year’s LTOs blend popular and familiar student favorites with a continued emphasis on bold flavors, spice, and global cuisine, which ensures students enjoy nutritious meals while sparking curiosity about foods from around the world.”
