    Jones Gym hosts 4th annual back-to-school bash at Weirton Event Center

    Backpacks, school supplies and community support filled the Weirton Event Center for Jones Gym’s fourth annual Back-to-School Bash, and event organizer Freddie Jones says it was the biggest one so far.

    WEIRTON, W. Va. —Backpacks, school supplies and community support filled the Weirton Event Center for Jones Gym’s fourth annual Back-to-School Bash, and event organizer Freddie Jones says it was the biggest one so far

    Jones said his experience as a personal trainer and business owner motivates him to keep giving back and helping others succeed

    “Whenever you’re able to give somebody an opportunity or a reut in something they’ve got going on and you see them succeed, it’s like a blessing,” Jones said. “So, I’m blessed to be in a position I am to help the community.”

    With help from sponsors and community members, organizers collected supplies, water and other reto-School Bash back for a fifth time next year
