Back in March 2025, HGTV star Ben Napier shared that he had lost 95 pounds over the course of three years. While there have been selfies since, fans are continually wowed by his transformation, and his latest Instagram post proves it
On Aug. 12, the Home Town star posted with a crew member, showing off their T-shirts with an American flag on their sleeve. The caption “These colors don’t run” was connected to the flag, but fans weren’t focused on that at all
Instead, their focus was on the work that Napier has continued to put into his health. As one user shares, “Looking lean, Ben,” another commented, “Ben, you look fabulous ♥️”
One fan asked him how much he had lost, and while he hasn’t given an update since the 2025 interview, keeping the weight off requires a lot of dedication. It’s something that he’s willing to put in, with his wife, Erin Napier, noting that he will wake up at 5 a.m. to start his workouts

He went through shoulder surgery in 2023 to fix his rotator cuff, and it was the buildup to that surgery that made him realize he needed to start losing weight. He wanted to lower his blood pressure and make it easier to sleep on his back, and fans were with him every step of the way. His wife is certainly happy to have him at his healthiest, because she just wants him to be around for their daughters for as long as possible
There have been some jokes along the way, as Erin has previously noted that he has started growing food in a garden that he built, and he really only wants to eat food from there
When he originally spoke about the weight loss, he made it clear that he wasn’t quite at his target weight. He’s continued to focus his efforts on eating well and exercising, but he wouldn’t share the goal
The Napiers are currently in the middle of filming Home Town Season 11. There isn’t a release date set for it just yet, but fans are expecting a 2027 release date
