It’s not uncommon for professional athletes to be picky about what they put into their bodies, particularly in the middle of their competitive seasons. But that doesn’t seem to be the case for Los Angeles Rams star wide receiver Puka Nacua
On a recent podcast appearance, Nacua discussed his preferred diet as an NFL player, and, in what may come as a surprise to many people, it’s not that different from what the everyday person orders for lunch when they need a quick and cheap meal
“I’m okay with eating Mc<a href="https://healthylife7.com/donald-trumps-weight-is-under-the-spotlight-again-he-could-do-a-better-job-with-his-diet/” title=”Donald Trump's weight is under the spotlight again: 'He could do a better job with his diet'”>Donald‘s every day,” Nacua said. “Cooper Kupp tried to get me off the McDonald’s. I’m like, ‘Yo, I just ate three meals for under $55′”
Nacua also disclosed what his go-to McDonald’s order is: his favorite is a 10-piece Chicken McNugget meal with sweet-and-sour sauce and a Hi-C, but he also occasionally like to go for a Double Quarter Pounder with no pickles and no onions, with sweet-and-sour sauce on the side

Nacua also took the time to weigh in on a fast food debate: is McDonald’s or In-N-Out the better restaurant? And, in what may come as a shock to the Californians who support the Los Angeles Rams, he went with the former as his top choice
“McDonald’s,” Nacua said. “That’s not even a question. I leave with a big old smile on my face. I’m loving it, bro. I be tipping the ladies there. They know me. I be coming through in the mornings.”
