    • Alabama Barker has threatened to increase her dose of Ozempic in response to body-shaming comments she has received, expressing frustration with the criticism.
    • In the past, Alabama has turned to weight loss medication due to being called “fat” and “ugly,” citing health issues like a thyroid problem and autoimmune disease as factors in her weight fluctuations.
    • Despite facing criticism about her appearance, Alabama has emphasized the importance of not feeding into negativity and staying true to oneself, urging others to protect their peace and not be swayed by external opinions.

Alabama Barker has threatened to become “so skinny” by upping her dose of Ozempic in a bid to quiet body-shamers once and for all

The 20-year-old daughter of Travis Barker admitted that she is so tired of comments about her weight that she’s going to start taking the “highest dose of Ozempic.”

Alabama, whose stepmom is Kourtney Kardashian, shared a post on TikTok earlier this week, blasting people for their “disgusting” shaming of her body

    Alabama’s weight loss

In July 2024, Alabama confessed that she had turned to “weight loss medication” to help her slim down because she was “tired” of being called “fat” and “ugly,” although she did not reveal the name of the drug at the time

“I have, like, this thing where I photograph so ugly, and people are like, ‘Oh, my God – you’re so fat, and you’re so ugly,'” she said

“And it’s, like, I see what you guys are seeing, but just, like, meet me in person. I feel like I don’t look like that.”

Despite not thinking the comments about her appearance were warranted, Alabama revealed that she had turned to the weight loss drug to help her slim down

“But I’m on weight-loss medication because I’m tired of being fat and photographing like a damn ogre,” she admitted

In August 2023, Alabama spoke about health issues that cause her weight to fluctuate after she was the target of body shamers

“I also have a thyroid problem and an autoimmune disease. So that’s one of the main reasons why I have weight gain,” Alabama explained, addressing the body shamers directly

“Weight fluctuates and I don’t want any girls that are young watching this that are gaining weight to ever think there’s something wrong with it,” she added

Alabama has faced unnecessary criticism about her appearance, which she admitted in 2023, she finds “challenging” to ignore

“I’m not going to sit here and lie and say it’s easy and to keep pushing… It gets very challenging especially when they don’t know you. I feel very misunderstood!” she said on TikTok

“People are going to hate regardless,” she continued. “You need to not feed into it, you won’t benefit from it! Keep your peace protected. Don’t entertain what people say about you, if you know yourself & your morals and your intentions, nothing else matters.”
