Former New York Jets cornerback Bryce Hall | USA TODAY Sports

New York Jets fans may have taken a trip down memory lane this weekend when they saw former draft pick Bryce Hall work out for the Houston Texans, per KPRC2’s Aaron Wilson

The 158th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft spent the first four years of his career in New York, and before the days of Sauce Gardner and D.J. Reed, it was Hall whom Jets fans pinned their long-term hopes on at the cornerback position

Hall hasn’t played in the NFL since 2024 and was most recently a member of the UFL’s Louisville Kings for the 2026 season

Maybe the former Jet still has something left in the tank, and if he does, he may end up joining one of the NFL’s most elite defensive units in Houston

Unfortunately, the story of Hall’s football career right now boils down to injuries, and it started when he was a senior in college at the University of Virginia

Heading into the 2019 season, early mock drafts had the Cavalier standout as a projected first-round draft pick until an unfortunate ankle injury suffered in their sixth game of the season cast his future in doubt

Hall went from a first-round caliber player all the way down to the fifth round, where former Jets general manager Joe Douglas selected him in his first-ever draft at the helm

Hall’s NFL debut would have to wait, as he started the season on the Non-Football Injury list, recovering from ankle surgery. He would make his first-ever appearance in the Jets’ Week 15 victory over the Los Angeles Rams, the infamous game that cost New York the No. 1 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft

The then-rookie recorded an interception on Rams quarterback Jared Goff, helping seal the victory and the Jets’ fate in selecting Zach Wilson with the No. 2 overall pick

Hall would go on to start all 17 games the following season, playing fairly well. Jets fans gave him the moniker of “The Hall Monitor” for his stellar play in coverage

Of course, the following season is when Hall would be supplanted by Gardner and Reed, serving as a depth piece and appearing in only 14 games to close out his Jets tenure

Hall would catch on with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ahead of the 2024 season, but a dislocated ankle and fractured fibula would knock him out in Week 1 for the entire year

The former Jets defender has since tried to make his way back to the league, but to no avail. We’ll see if the Texans liked enough of what they saw during his workout to sign him to their roster

Postural risk factors for work-related musculoskeletal disorders during manual versus device-assisted lower-limb stretching

    By healthylife7August 10, 20260

Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) are prevalent among physiotherapists and occupational therapists due to the physically demanding and repetitive nature of manual therapy techniques. Stretching requires therapists to exert substantial force while holding static postures for extended periods. Assistive devices may mitigate these ergonomic risks. This crossover study evaluated postural risk factors for WMSDs during lower-limb…
