Connect with others and prioritise your health through a series of community wellbeing workshops in late August and September
Facilitated by experienced wellbeing and life coach Annette Subhani, each session provides a welcoming and supportive environment to learn, reflect and connect with others
Participants will explore practical strategies to support mental health and wellbeing, while building confidence, resilience and a renewed sense of purpose

The workshops will be delivered in the Activity Hall at Grattan Gardens Community Centre. Register
