Susie Dudley now leads Kindred Hospital Lima, the long-term acute care hospital that specializes in treating medically complex patients
LIMA, Ohio – Healthcare executive Susie Dudley was recently named Chief Executive Officer of Kindred Hospital Lima, a 26-bed specialty hospital that provides long-term acute care and rehabilitation to medically complex patients
Dudley, who started Aug. 17, oversees all strategic and business planning, finances, operations, and personnel for Kindred Hospital Lima. She brings progressive healthcare leadership experience across long-term acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, senior living operations, community relations, regulatory compliance, marketing, and business development
She most recently served as Executive Director with Ridgeline Management Company, where she oversaw operations for an Alzheimer’s special care center. Prior to that, she served as CEO of PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Miamisburg, where she led operations, budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, and business development for a long-term acute care hospital

At Kindred Hospital Lima, Dudley leads a facility that specializes in the treatment of post-intensive care and medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization and advanced care, including respiratory therapy and ventilator management, complex wound care, and rehabilitation therapy
