    • Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has launched a celebrity cooking show, The Real Food Show, inspired by the Trump administration’s MAHA initiative, focusing on the “upside down” food pyramid from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
    • The show aims to make healthy, affordable cooking accessible to every American, featuring budget-friendly recipes and easy cooking techniques, with the debut episode showcasing crispy salmon cakes with an apple, white bean, and greens salad.
    • Kennedy believes that cooking is a sacred ritual that can help combat the epidemic of isolation in the U.S., emphasizing that people can eat cheaper and better food at home than at fast food restaurants.

RFK Jr. has launched his own celebrity cooking show inspired by the Trump administration’s MAHA initiative. The series will promote the “upside down” food pyramid from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans

RFK Jr. brings the MAHA <a href="https://healthylife7.com/fur-parents-you-can-now-get-a-nutrition-consultation-service-for-your-pet-heres-where/” title=”Fur Parents, You Can Now Get a Nutrition Consultation Service for Your Pet—Here's Where”>nutrition platform to a new online video series

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. released his celebrity cooking show, The Real Food Show, on July 30. Hosted by the HHS Secretary himself, the show is “inspired by” the Trump administration’s “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) agenda

According to the official website of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Kennedy’s show will focus on making “healthy, affordable cooking simple and accessible for every American.” It is dedicated to “bringing the Dietary Guidelines for Americans to life and showing that cooking with real food can be practical, approachable, and affordable for every family.”

The guidelines, which include an “upside down” pyramid, encourage citizens to cook with olive oil, butter, or beef tallow. It contradicts prominent nutritional guidelines that recommend limiting consumption of red meat and other fatty foods

The description further announces that every episode of the show features “affordable, budget-friendly recipes and easy cooking techniques designed to save you time and money.”

The show’s debut episode features Chef Andrew Gruel. He joins Kennedy in making crispy salmon cakes with an apple, white bean, and greens salad

Also, Kennedy recently spoke with USA TODAY to promote his new cooking show. The HHS Secretary shared that he can cook a “really good omelet,” and that his specialties include “steaks and meat and fish.”

Weighing in on a common misconception in the U.S., Kennedy stated, “Fast food is not less expensive.” He added, “That meal costs $12 to $14. People can eat a lot cheaper at home and a lot better food.”

Additionally, Kennedy said that cooking is a “sacred ritual that has been abandoned.” He added, “We have a malaise, an epidemic of isolation in this country. And one of the ways that we can start connecting people again is through that sacred ritual of cooking again, of coming together with your family and creating something that’s beautiful, that’s useful, and sitting down with them and enjoying that.”
