    Texas Flex Fitness relocates to new location in Seabrook
    Texas Flex Fitness relocated to a new location in Seabrook in February and celebrated its grand opening in May. (Courtesy Texas Flex Fitness)

    Texas Flex Fitness, a 24/7 access gym relocated to a new location down the street from its former location in Seabrook and celebrated its grand opening in May, staff said

    The family owned and operated gym is 9,500 square feet includes weights, cardio machines and cross-training equipment, according to the business’s social media page

    Texas Flex Fitness operates three locations in the greater Houston area, including a Clear Lake location which openedin March 2024 and a Houston location that opened in February, according to previous reporting by Community Impact

    Texas Flex Fitness offers several membership options starting at $49.95, according to the business’ website
