Dubai, one of the world’s leading business hubs, is set to introduce three initiatives aimed at improving the wellbeing of government employees. The measures will focus on flexible working, financial wellbeing and a more supportive workplace environment.The initiatives have been announced by Dubai’s Department of Government Human Resources (DGHR) as part of a wider effort to improve the employee experience across the government workforce.
1. Flexible working policies
