Thorne said the acquisition positions it to continue advancing its mission to become the world’s most trusted personalized health brand by helping consumers live healthier lives through science-backed solutions they can trust
“For more than 40 years, Thorne has earned the trust of healthcare practitioners, consumers, and partners by putting science, quality, and the people we serve at the center of every decision,” said Colin Watts, Chief Executive Officer of Thorne, in that company’s announcement of the deal. “As we looked to the future, we kept coming back to one question: What will best position Thorne to continue fulfilling its mission? We believe P&G is the right partner to help us expand our impact while staying true to the values and standards that have always defined Thorne.”
Gama added, “This is an important step for P&G’s Personal Health Care business. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Closing is expected later in calendar year 2026. P&G will acquire Thorne from L Catterton’s Flagship Fund, and Perella Weinberg served as the lead financial advisor to Thorne
