Neb. (KNOP) – A new fitness business is bringing a boutique-style workout experience to North Platte
Torque is designed to offer a different approach to fitness, combining group workouts, <a href="https://healthylife7.com/wellness-habits-you-can-start-today/” title=”Wellness habits you can start today”>wellness and a welcoming atmosphere under one roof
The studio offers a variety of classes, including spin, yoga, sculpt and bar, giving people different ways to stay active while finding a workout that fits their interests and fitness goals
Owners said they wanted to bring more of a boutique fitness vibe to North Platte, creating a space that feels energetic, personal and community-focused, rather than a traditional gym setting
“If yugo and pilates had a baby and we had this class together in 45 minutes it’s fun upbeat music we usually have everyone packed here in the studio a lot of energy, get a good sweat on especially on 100 degree days we’ve had this summer, and some power yoga on Monday nights. Then just recently started to offer bar and got another spin instructor. So were really excited about that,” said Leslie Pecharich, founder, and Sophia Gomez, co-founder
The first class is free for everyone, giving the community a chance to experience what the new studio has to offer
