Michigan State University Extension invites parents and caregivers to join Mealtime Minefields: From Picky Eating to Food Aversions, a free online webinar designed to provide practical strategies for encouraging healthy eating habits in children
The webinar will take place Tuesday, August 18, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. as part of the Extension Extras for Parents series. Participants will learn how to better understand picky eating behaviors and discover realistic approaches to helping children make balanced, healthy food choices without turning every meal into a battle
Extension Extras for Parents is a free educational series that supports parents and caregivers of young children by offering research-based guidance on the everyday joys, challenges, and questions that come with raising a family
