Saumya Tandon is 41 and still looks radiant and possesses a slim, perfect ten figure. In a viral Instagram post, the Jab We Met star said that she had never ever gone on a diet and doesn’t believe in dieting and shared what she ate throughout the day to look and feel young and fit
Morning Routine
The first thing in the morning, she consumes a teaspoon of ghee with a pinch of turmeric and black pepper. She also advised fans to warm up the ghee, which takes care of inflammation. She also said cutting off honey, sugar and jaggery from her diet had been a complete gamechanger for her.In addition, she drinks “one large glass of warm water with grated ginger”, which she claimed is “very alkaline and helps my gut”.
Vegetarian Diet
She also noted how being a vegetarian, she watches her protein intake. Earlier, she did not have any protein in the evening, but now she has protein all throughout the day. She consumes dry fruits such as five soaked almonds, pista and walnuts. She has Brazilian nut in the evening. She also has a tablespoon of pumpkin and sunflower seeds after a workout, which are a great source of Omega 3 and 6.She also explained that she has her last meal – dinner – by 7:00 pm. Calling this habit another “gamechanger”, she explained, it prevents bloating, stop sweight gain and keeps belly fat in control.
