Tammy Harvey named TOPS Oklahoma Queen for meeting weight loss goal
WAGONER, Okla. — Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS), a nonprofit weight loss organization, recognized a Wagoner woman for losing 92.5 pounds
Tammy Harvey was named the 2025 TOPS Oklahoma Queen for reaching her goal weight and losing more weight than any other female TOPS member in the entire state
“If I didn’t go to the TOPS meetings, I felt like I was going to quit. I had to keep going and have accountability to go to TOPS every week,” said Harvey
TOPS provides group support and education for members trying to lose weight
“All of us in TOPS are immensely proud of our members’ weight loss achievements. Through their TOPS membership, these individuals can honor their life-altering successes, other members and those who have preceded them. By maintaining their allegiance to the lifestyle modifications, a hallmark of TOPS’ winning formula, TOPS members apply the tools they’re provided and the backing of their peers to attain their weight loss goals,” said TOPS President Rick Danforth
