Open Doors Drs. Ioanna and Vilma Podcast Reflects on Leadership, Wellbeing, and Connection

Open Doors, Drs. Ioanna and Vilma Podcast shared on LinkedIn:

“Sometimes, looking back gives us perspective on what comes next

As we take a short summer break, it feels like the right moment to look back and, above all, say thank you

This season has brought conversations, new perspectives and change. We’ve had the privilege of speaking with remarkable professionals about wellbeing, leadership, medicine, purpose and the values that matter most in a constantly evolving profession

In medicine, urgency can easily take over. Listening takes time. Empathy takes attention. Compassion requires us to be present

These conversations have reminded us that we need to step outside our daily routines and question our own assumptions. That space to reflect can help us navigate a growth mindset and change how we choose to move forward in our lives․

This season has also marked a new chapter for us

Our partnership with OncoDaily is helping us bring these conversations to a wider community, and we’re very grateful for their trust and support

To our guests, listeners, and everyone who has shared: thank you for being part of this journey. We’d love to hear from you: What conversations should we open next? Who would you like to hear from?

Always remember, the future we envision is shaped by the choices we make today and the opportunities we decide to embrace.See you in September

With deep gratitude,Dr Vilma Pacheco Barcia on behalf of Open Doors, Drs. Ioanna and Vilma Podcast
